Question:  What if the piece of jewelry I want is listed as Sold?

            Answer:  No worries!  Please email me and I will try to accommodate your request. Be sure to include the inventory number (the number shown just above the price) in your email. Since all pieces are one- of- a- kind, any remakes may vary slightly depending on materials available.

Question:  Do you ship internationally?

            Answer: Yes I do.  I accept only PayPal on orders outside of the United States. I do not accept Foreign Money Orders or checks due to the bank fees imposed. Please email me your shipping address and I will reply with your shipping/handling cost.

Question:  What kind of materials do you work with?

            Answer:  All my beads are 100% natural gemstones and as such are semi-precious stones unless otherwise stated in their descriptions.  All numerology charms and clasps are Sterling Silver.  Other silver accents are Sterling, Thai, or Bali silver.  Just so you know, Thai silver has a higher percentage of pure silver than sterling.

Question:  Do you have a store location?

            Answer:  Not at this time.  Please check my home page for special appearances.

Question:  What if I want something similar, but different than one on your website?

            Answer:  Please refer to my Special Order page.

Question:  Can I order in bulk?

            Answer:  That depends on what you mean by bulk?  I am not a wholesaler.  Please email your request for specific accommodations.

Question:  Do you only sell Numerology jewelry?

            Answer:  No.  Non numerology jewelry has now been added! Click on the link for NON Numerology Jewelry on the home page.

Question:  How do I know my Life Path Number?

            Answer:  Please click this link: Find Your Numbers

Question:  I want to buy one as a present, but don’t know the full birth date.  Do I need this information?
 
            Answer:  To qualify as a legitimate NUMEROLOGY LIFE PATH  piece, yes you do.  You need the month, day and year to calculate the Life Path Number.  Be a sleuth!  Be devious if you have to, but do find out.

Question:  Do you gift wrap?

            Answer:  Yes I do.  Please include an additional charge of $5.00 US dollars.  In the “Comments” box on the shopping bag page, include your message to recipient.

Question:  Is insurance included in your shipping price?

            Answer:  Insurance is your choice.  I do STRONGLY recommend that you add insurance as that is the only guarantee of replacement for lost packages. I can not be held responsible for packages lost by the Post Office.

Question:  What happens if I want to return a purchase?

            Answer:  Your satisfaction is my priority!  If you want to return your purchase, please email me for instructions.  All returns must be made with prior approval and a return code number.  Please notify me within 7 days of the shipment date of your jewelry. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and appear on your billing statement after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Items returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Please send back to me the original invoice which was included in your shipment. Items returned should be sent in a bubble-padded envelope and I recommend that you insure your package. I am not responsible for product returns that arrive to me damaged, and I will not credit you for these items. Items returned in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged, so don't do it!

Question:  Do you accept returns on Special Orders?

            Answer:  Again, your satisfaction is my priority! However, Special Orders are non-refundable.  Keep in mind, all Special Orders are specifically designed by you, so hopefully this situation won’t occur!  But if it does, just email me for further instructions. I will be happy to exchange your purchase! Please refer to the above answer for return policy.

Question:  How long will it take to receive my order?

            Answer:  If you pay by PayPal or credit card, most orders will ship within 2-3 business days after your order is received.  If you pay by personal check, cashiers check, or money order, your order will ship after payment clears through my bank.

Question:  What type of payments do you accept?

            Answer:  PayPal is preferred, it’s just the easiest for us both!   However, I will accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.   Personal checks must be cleared through my bank before your order is shipped. No C.O.D.'s. .

Question:  Can you duplicate an item if I want multiples?

            Answer:  Pretty close!  I will only do this if you make this request.  As I mentioned, all my jewelry is one-of-a-kind, so no two people are wearing the same thing.  If you want two or more of the same piece of jewelry, just email me and I’ll try my best to make it happen.  On Special Orders, it is never a problem to make multiples!

Question: Do you charge sales tax?

Answer: Being a California State business, I apply a 8.25% sales tax to all orders originating in the State of California.

Question: Do you have a printed catalog?

Answer: Not at this time. Do check back to my website, as I am always adding new items and new designs.

Question: What's a mm? You list them as measurements of your beads.

Answer: mm's are a metric measurement. 1 inch equals approximately 25 mm.

Question:   I’m not really into Numerology, so why should I wear this jewelry?

            Answer: Because it is a source of power and energy for you.  Each necklace or bracelet is specifically designed with your personal talents and attributes on display.  It is a personal statement about you.  Your very own talisman.  It’s also a great conversation starter!  Forget asking, “What’s your sign?”, now show them, Your Number!

Question:  Can your jewelry be lengthen or shorten?

             Answer:   Almost anything can be shorten.  Be very specific on what length you want.  Most pieces can be lengthened if I have the same beads on hand.  Please send an email and let me know your requests.
