Welcome to my website of Numerology Jewelry. My name is Mari and I hope you enjoy my unique and one-of-a-kind creations. I have been studying Numerology for over 15 years and finally found an outlet to express the meaning of numbers through my forever love of jewelry. I think it’s a perfect fit! My jewelry is based on LIFE PATH (LP) numbers which are derived from your date of birth. This is only one part of a complete Numerology Chart Reading. Your given name at birth makes up the rest of your basic chart. The consonants and vowels of your name are used to determine your HEART’S DESIRE/SOUL’S URGE and your EXPRESSION/PATH OF DESTINY numbers. I chose to base my jewelry on LIFE PATH numbers as they are the one constant number that can’t be changed in your life. The Life Path number gives you a broad outline of the opportunities,challenges,and lessons you will encounter in this lifetime. It indicates vocation plus the lesson you came into incarnation to overcome or to learn. It also represents the cosmic gift you are given in order to accomplish your destiny. It is what you are, or have. It represents your aim in life, what you must do, are fitted to do, even without training. It is a source of power and energy for you. Your Life Path number is the single most important information available in your numerology chart. It is my desire to broaden people’s awareness of Numerology and make it fun and wearable at the same time.
Numbers are mankind’s oldest symbols, fundamental to measurement and ideas. Numerology is the science of these numbers and their vibrations, a way of understanding the universe and its order. There is a rhythm to this order and a learning of harmonies. The father of mathematics was Pythagoras who lived about 582 BC. He propounded the Theory of Sound, the slant of the Zodiacal Circle, the Sun as the center of the Universe and Numerology. He based his teachings on mathematics, music and astronomy. He believed all things are numbers and that numbers represent spiritual entities whose presence is felt in all existence. He learned the Kabala and taught that the science of numbers was based on Kabalistic principles. Plato was one of his followers. So, we’re in good company here!
I could go on, but don’t want to sound like a history lesson here. Let it suffice to say, each letter relates to a number . The letter “A” is represented by a “1”, the letter “B” is represented by a “2” and so on through the alphabet. When you get to the letter “J” which is the 10th letter of the alphabet, you add the 1+0 to get a“1” representation again. “K” is the 11th letter and 1+1=2, so “K” is represented by the #2 and so on. Every number has a specific meaning and a distinctive vibration. Each number also has a correlation to a musical note, a color, a Tarot card, an astrological correspondance and an element. I like to incorporate as much mutual significance as possible.
